Rohan Davies - Research and Product Development Manager

Rohan Davies is Research and Product Development Manager for the T&D team. Rohan is responsible for overseeing all Incitec Pivot Fertilisers' research and development activities and managing new product development.He provides southern horticultural agronomy support, as well as being agronomic leader for ENTEC® and Cal-Gran® fertilisers.

 Roy Hildebrand - Product Development - Operations

Roy Hildebrand has taken up the role of Product Development - Operations.In this role, Roy is working closely with operations to ensure the ongoing supply of proprietary products such as EASY Liquids®, ENTEC® and Green UreaTM. Roy will also focus on operational issues associated with the supply of new products.

 Rob Dwyer - Tecnhical Agronomist- Sugar & Northern Horticulture

In the role of Technical Agronomist - Sugar & Northern Horticulture, Rob Dwyer provides technical leadership to support Incitec Pivot Fertilisers' sales and marketing efforts in coastal Queensland and northern New South Wales.Rob is the agronomic leader for Nutrient Advantage Advice and has technical accountability for environmental and regulatory issues.

 Lee Menhenett - Technical Agronomist - Pasture

Lee Menhenett has joined the team as Technical Agronomist - Pasture, covering sheep, beef and dairy markets.Lee will also provide some agronomic support in broadacre markets in Victoria and South Australia, along with agronomic leadership for EASY LIQUIDS® and irrigation and water issues.

As Technical Agronomist - Broadacre, Jim Laycock provides technical support to the broadacre and cotton segments.In addition, Jim is the agronomic leader for BIG N® and Granulock® fertilisers, and is the resident expert on precision agriculture and climate change issues.

 Matt Mahoney - Agronomy Program Coordinator

Matt Mahoney is supporting the T&D team in the role of Co-ordinator - Agronomy Program. As well as co-ordinating the activities of the team, Matt is also assisting Lee Menhenett by providing agronomy support in southern pasture markets.
Matt is the team's agronomic leader for Green Urea and provides technical expertise on biotechnology issues.

 Jack Rohde - Technical Support Officer

Jack Rohde has also joined the T&D team as Technical Support Officer, reporting to Roy. Jack has accountability for general customer agronomy and technical support for Nutrient Advantage® Advice, along with the maintenance of product labels and material safety data sheets.
